Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Pol, working at regiment 13, joined meeting and received plans from Pheng to destroy equipments in Phnom Penh, to burn down paper factory and concrete buildings. Furthermore, Pol received plots from Oeun and Voeung to prepare target in Phnom Penh for being attacked the party on May 1, 1976 at 11 p.m.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ពល វរសេនាធំ ១៣ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ផេង ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈក្នុងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ ដុតរោងចក្រក្រដាស និងផ្ទះថ្ម និងបានទទួលផែនការពី អឿន និង វឿង ឱ្យរៀបចំចែកមុខសញ្ញាកុ្នងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ ដើម្បីវាយបក្សនៅ ម៉ោង ១១ យប់ថ្ងៃទី១-៥-១៩៧៦។
