Chann Hoeun aka Phy, working at Husbandry Office at Chraing Chamreh, conceded that Prok, Chief of Taprok Village, Chamkar Leu District, had betrayed to the revolution based on Chen Sat's indoctrination. In December 1973, Chen Sat assigned Prok to join CIA. At that time, Prok always contacted networks to find way of destroying warehouse or revolutionary offices.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ហឿន ហៅ ភី នៅមន្ទីរចិញ្ចឹមសត្វច្រាំងចំរេះ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ប្រុក ប្រធានភូមិតាប្រុក ស្រុកចំការលើ ក្បត់ បដិវត្ដតាមការឃោសនាអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ចិន សាត។ នៅខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ចិន សាត បានបញ្ចូលប្រុកទៅក្នុងខ្សែសេអ៊ីអា ពេលនោះ ប្រុក តែងតែដើរទាក់ទងបក្ខពួករកវិធីកំទេចឃ្លាំងឬមន្ទីរ បដិវត្ដ។
