Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Sam, working at regiment 11, division 310, joined a meeting and received plot from Oeun and Voeung to prepare targets in Phnom Penh for being attack the party, and to organize forces to fight the party in September 1976.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា សាម វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល៣១០ បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង ឱ្យរៀបចំមុខ សញ្ញាកុ្នងក្រុងភំ្នពេញដើម្បីវាយបក្ស រៀបចំទ័ពវាយបក្សនៅខែ ៩-១៩៧៦។
