Chea Veng Hong aka Phal, Deputy Chief of Group Water Transport, confessed that Sakk, Ordinary Person of Thnall village Cooperative, Treal sub-district, Baray district, was recruited as a traitor. He then introduced Sakk to uncle Sot's network working at Takao Buon village cooperative in Baray District.
ឈ្មោះ ជា វ៉េងហុង ហៅ ផល់ អនុក្រុមដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹក បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាក់ ប្រជាជននៅសហករណ៍ភូមិថ្នល់ ឃុំទ្រាល ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ថាៈ ជាមហាជនក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនដែលអប់រំកសាងបាន។ ក្រោយមកវាបានឧទេ្ទសនាម សាក់ ឱ្យទៅភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ពូសុត នៅសហករណ៍ភូមិតាកោបួន ស្រុកបារាយណ៍វិញ។
