Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the state of Cambodia, on May 4th sent a message to Indonesian and French Foreign Ministers Ali Alatas and Roland Dumas, PICC Paris International Conference on Cambodia Chairmen, and to UN Secretary General Perze de Cuellar calling on International observers to monitors the ceasefire that came into effect in Cambodia last Wednesday May 1st.
