Chea Hoeung, Professor, confessed that Taing Lonh, Staff of Post Office, 43, lived at Baray sub-district, Kampong Cham province. In 1971, Lonh was the second lieutenant, and got responsible to contribute the salary. Moreover, in December 1975, Hoeung met with Taing Lonh at dam building worksite, and prepared to collect force to against revolution. Lonh spread out propagandas that the Angkar collected individual properties, prohibited the freedom, and carried out activities to destroy seedling, dishes and pots in order to provoke people to against the Angkar who had no ability. Ly Ang, Chief of Printing House at Water Transportation, confessed that Chhan, Chief of Chamkar Angdoung sub-district, received plots from Khuon in 1973-1974 to collect traitorous forces to take action in Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ ជា ហឿង សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ តាំង ឡុញ បុគ្គលិកប្រៃសណីយ៍ មានអាយុ ៤៣ ឆ្នាំ នៅសង្កាត់បារាយណ៍ កំពង់ចាម។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ ធ្វើទាហានពាក់សក្កី ១ ខាងបើកប្រាក់ខែ។ ខែ១២-១៩៧៥ ហឿង បានជួប ឈ្មោះ តាំង ឡុញ បុគ្គលិក ប្រៃសណីយ៍ នៅការដ្ឋានលើកប្រព័ន្ធភឺ្លស្រែ ហើយបានរៀប ចំប្រមូលកម្លាំងដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ឡុញ បានឃោសនាវាយ ប្រហារអង្គការថា អង្គការប្រមូលកម្មសិទិ្ធ បំបិទសេរីភាព និងធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញសន្ទូងស្រូវ ចានឆ្នាំងរបស់សហករណ៍ ដើម្បីឱ្យប្រជាជនវាយប្រហារអង្គការខ្វះសមត្ថភាពដឹកនាំ។ ឈ្មោះ លី អាង ប្រធានរោងពុម្ពដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹក បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ឆន ប្រធានសង្កាត់ចំការអណ្ដូង បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣-១៩៧៤ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់មកធ្វើ សកម្មភាពនៅភំ្នពេញ។
