Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnal construction site 2, confessed that Phal, Soldier of Battalion 302, Northern zone, betrayed to the revolution by means of encouraging people to demonstrate, to participate in any party in a free manner, to assign soldiers to burrow inside the liberated villages, and to loot things. All the mentioned acts were meant to defame the Angkar's politics.
