Puy Tainy aka Noeun, documentalist of S-21, joined CIA's member in 1975; then he built up 7 forces and 4 former workers and destroyed 5 rolls of electric wires, 100 lamps and often linked with traitorous network through his wife named Tao.
ឈ្មោះ ពុយ តៃនី ហៅ នឿន ស-២១ បានចូលជាសមាជិក សេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពៈ កសាងកំលាំង កម្មករបាន ៧នាក់, កូនកម្មករចាស់ ៤នាក់។ បានបំផ្លាញ ខ្សែភ្លើងអស់ ៥ដុំ, អំពូល ១០០អំពូល ហើយបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរ ហូរហែតាមរយៈប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ តៅ។
