ឈ្មោះ ប៉ិន គឹម ជាទាហានមកពីអង្គភាពប្ញស្សីកែវ ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃទី៩-២-១៩៧៦ ចូលមន្ទីរស-២១ ថ្ងៃទី២០-០២-១៩៧៦ និងបញ្ជូនទៅមន្ទីរ៤៤។
