Khim Chey was a wayward person who did not comply with his parent's advice and drank palm juice and beer. Chey joined the revolution in 1972 in region 25 unit and special unit in company 63, battalion 116. Chey fled to his home for three months. In 1973, Chey joined the unit of district 18 of Ta Kat and fled to his home for 5 or 6 months. In 1975, Chey was sent to Koh Thom district and surrendered to the enemy but the people captured him. The document bearing a written letter stated that Khim Chey was incarcerated for a while.
ឃឹម ជៃ ជាមនុស្សមិនស្ដាប់ម៉ែឪលួចផឹកទឹកត្នោតជូរនិងលេងបៀរ។ ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ នៅកងតំបន់ ២៥ និងនៅកងពិសេស អនុសេនាធំ ៦៣ វរសេនាតូច ១១៦។ ជៃ រត់មកផ្ទះ៣ខែ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ជៃ ចូលកងស្រុក១៨របស់តាកាត ហើយបានរត់ មកផ្ទះ៥-៦ខែ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ជៃ ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនមកឃុំកោះធំ ហើយបានរត់ ចូលខ្មាំង តែត្រូវប្រជាជនចាប់។ ឯកសារនេះមាន ចំណារថាដាក់មួយរយៈសិន។
