Bun Chea, 40 years old, joined the C.I.A in 1970. Bun Chea was a close friend of Peou You Thuon and also made contact with many senior military apparatus. Bun Chea traced the act of Men Nech Tho, a member of the Khmer Rouge. After April 17, 1975, Bun Chea carried out C.I.A activities with Hao Thouren and Hang Pheun's network by separating former workers from the revolutionary Angkar. Bun Chea persuaded workers to protest about the food regime, and to take part in the disruption of machine process frequently.
ឈ្មោះ ប៊ុន ផា អាយុ ៤០ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ប៊ុន ផា រាប់អានជិតស្និតជាមួយពៅ យូធួន ហើយបានទាក់ទង ជាមួយមេទាហានធំៗជាច្រើននាក់។ ប៊ុន ផា បានតាមដាន ខ្មែរក្រហមម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន និចថូ។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ប៊ុន ផា ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយក្រុម ហោ ធូរេន និង ហង់ ភឺន ដោយបានបំផុសបំបែកកម្មករចាស់ពីអង្គការបដិវត្ដ។ បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យតវ៉ាពីរបបហូបចុកនិងបានចូលរួមធ្វើឱ្យម៉ាស៊ីនរលត់ ជាញឹកញាប់។
