In the second week of September 1991, Pol Pot and Sereika (Son Sann) troops continued to successively carry out activities in violation pf the unlimited cease- fire. At, 1,500 (local time) on September 04, Sereika and Pol Pot troops fired 200 shells on the areas east and southeast of Svay Chek and Tapho in Banteay Meanchey Province.
