Khun did a report to the party on background of a new people named Hiek. Hiek had been in China for 3 months in order to buy factory. Hiek complained that the revolution was not enough food and ate gruel everyday. At the evening on the third day, [Hiek]caught 1 boat with 3 people, 2 men and 1 woman, at Veng village, Trea sub-district, district 54, region 33. Under the review of [Hiek}, those 3 people went to Kampong Ampil in order to secretly make fish-paste on the boat because [Hiek}found 15 kilograms of rice and 2 jars of salt. ឃុនបានធ្វើសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបក្សពីប្រជាជន ១៧ មេសា ឈ្មោះ ហៀក បាននិយាយថាៈ ខ្លួនបានទៅប្រទេស ចិន រយៈពេល ៣ ខែ ដើម្បីទិញរោងចក្រសង្គមនិយម។ ហៀក ត្អូញត្អែថា សម័យបដិវត្ដហូបមិនឆ្អែត បបរព្រឹកបបរល្ងាច ធ្វើការមិនចង់ កើត។ ល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី ៣ ចាប់បានទូក ១ គ្រឿង មានមនុស្ស ៣ នាក់ ប្រុស ២ នាក់ ស្រី ១ នាក់ នៅភូមិវែង ឃុំទ្រា ស្រុក ៥៤ តំបន់ ៣៣។ តាមការពិនិត្យឃើញថាៈ អ្នកទាំង ៣ នេះធ្វើដំណើរ ទៅកំពង់អំពិល ដើម្បីធ្វើប្រហុកនៅក្នុងទូក មានអង្ករ ១ តៅ និងអំបិល ២ ពាង។ ចំពោះព្រឹតិ្ដការណ៍ដូចខាងលើ សូមអង្គការ ជ្រាបជាពត៌មាន។
