Patt Sokhsan, worker of Chak Angre iron warehouse, confessed that Ros Seng, chief of Chak Angre iron warehouse group, was a Lieutenant Colonel Vann Tha's spy; furthermore, he was responsible to spy on the situstion in Kroch Chhmar district, region 21, and to recruit forces to strike the revolution in Phnom Penh City. After the liberation, Ros Seng convened the meeting and assigned [hidden forces]to destroy equipment warehouse, houses, sawmill, disconnected electric current, and stole the Angkar's equipment.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាត់ សុខសាន កម្មករឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ រស់ សេង ប្រធានក្រុមនៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ ជាសេអ៊ីអា របស់សក្កិ ៥ វ៉ាន់ ថា បានដើរស៊ើបការណ៍នៅស្រុកក្រូចឆ្មាតំបន់ ២១ និងដើរប្រមូលកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដនៅក្រុងភំ្នពេញ។ ក្រោយ ថ្ងៃរំដោះ សេង បានដឹកនាំប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យកំទេចឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ ដុតផ្ទះ រោងអារឈើ លួចផ្ដាច់ខ្សែភើ្លង និងលួចសម្ភារៈអង្គការ។
