An International Peace agreement, formally ending 13 years of bloody civil war in Cambodia was signed by 19 governments in Paris last night paving the way for the largest peacekeeping administration undertaken by the United Nations. Hundreds of exiles cheered Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the country's former leader, outside the conference centre.
