Patt Sokh San, working in Chakk Angre iron warehouse, confessed that Touch Tuy, chief of Chakk Angre iron warehouse squad, came to work in Phnom Penh, after the liberation, joined the C.I.A in Chakk Angre land transport unit, and received a plan from Seng to burn down equipment warehouse and houses, to disconnect electric current secretly, to steal something, and to destroy motors and parts of machines.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាត់ សុខសាន នៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ទូច ទុយ មេពួកឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ បានចូលមកនៅភំ្នពេញ ពេលរំដោះ ហើយបានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅកុ្នងអង្គភាពដឹកជញ្ជូនជើង គោកចាក់អង្រែ និងបានទទួលផែនការពី សេង ឱ្យដុតកំទេចឃ្លាំង សម្ភារៈ ផ្ដាច់ខ្សែភើ្លង ដុតផ្ទះ លួចសម្ភារៈ បំផ្លាញម៉ូទ័រ និងខ្ចៅខ្ចង។
