Patt Sokh San, working in Chakk Angre iron warehouse, confessed that Roath Vannak, soldier of Chakk Angre iron warehouse, was a former soldier of division 170, and joined the C.I.A in December 1975, during being sent to work in Phnom Penh. In June 1976, he was assigned to burn down equipment warehouse, houses, and sawmills, and to disconnect electric current.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាត់ សុខសាន នៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ រដ្ឋ វណ្ណៈ យុទ្ធជនឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ ជាអតីតយោធា កងពល ១៧០ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ១២-១៩៧៥ នៅពេល ដែលអង្គការបញ្ជូនមកបំពេញភារកិច្ចនៅភំ្នពេញ។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ទទួលផែនការឱ្យដុតឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ ផ្ដាច់ខ្សែភើ្លង ដុតផ្ទះ និងរោងអារ ឈើ។
