Pann Samoeun, worker of train unit, confessed that he, Mon, Nang, and Phat had hospitalized with each other. While Toek Seng Eng came to visit them at hospital, they complained about the eating problem to him. Seeing that weak standpoint, Toek Seng Eng indoctrinated them to be disloyal to the revolution. The traitorous plan being carrying out between 1976 and 1977 was to destroy train factories in Phnom Penh, railroads, battery factories, Phsar Tauch power plant, and other factories; and the strategy of destroying those was to use grenades and mines.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាន់ សាមឿន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន, សំណាង និង ផាត មកដេកពេទ្យជាមួយគ្នា។ ពេលដែលឈ្មោះ តឹក សេងអេង មកសួរសុខទុក្ខ អ្នកទាំងបីត្អូញត្អែពីរឿងស៊ីចុក។ ឃើញ ចំណុចខ្សោយដូចនេះ តឹក សេងអេង ក៏អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ បដិវត្ដតែម្ដង។ ផែនការក្បត់ដែលអនុវត្ដឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦-១៩៧៧ មានៈ កំទេចរោង ចក្ររទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ កំទេចផ្លូវរទេះភើ្លង កំទេច រោងចក្រថ្មពិល កំទេចរោងចក្រអគិ្គសនីនៅផ្សារតូច និងកំទេចរោងចក្រមួយចំនួន ទៀត។ ឯយុទ្ធវិធីកំទេចនោះ គឺប្រើគ្រាប់បែក និង មីន។
