Summary / Abstract :
|
Prime Minister Hun Sen of the Phnom Penh government urged Japan on November 10, to help not only the UN peace mission but Cambodia's reconstruction efforts. He made the request during an hour-long meeting with Yukio Imaqawa, Japan's first permanent Cambodian envoy in 16 years, who arrived from Bangkok earlier in the day.
