Pann Ho, commissioner of Platoon 105, Division 170, confessed that Soeun studied in Peiking. In August 1975, Visal told him that Soeun entered the White Khmer through Sithon in July 1975. In November 1975, Soeun accepted a plot from Visal to expand traitors.
