Phet Bun Lim joined the CIA in August 1969 and was arrested on January 12, 1976. Bun Lim confessed that Nou Sarin, 37 years old, entered the rescuing association of Electrical Staff and the CIA in October 1972 with Duong Davut, introducer and So Pol, acceptor. After April 17, 1975, Sarin conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren, Muong You Tech and Duong Davut such breaking down 5 tubes in steam engine kiln.
ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែសីហា ១៩៦៩ ត្រូវបាន ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១២ មករា ១៩៧៦ ហើយបានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ នូ សារិន អាយុ ៣៧ ឆ្នាំ បានចូលសមាគមសង្គ្រោះ បុគ្គលិកអគ្គិសនី និង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែតុលា ១៩៧២ អ្នកនាំចូល ដួង ដាវុត អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ សុន ប៉ុល។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ សារិន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ហោ ធូរេន, មួង យូតិច និង ដួង ដាវុត។ សារិន បានធ្វើឱ្យបែកបូមបញ្ចូលឡ មួយគ្រឿងនិងធ្វើឱ្យបែកទុយោក្នុងឡចំហាយអស់៥។
