Pheng Pheap, working at printing house office K-28, confessed that in August 1976, when Pheap attended the meeting to receive the plot from Lean to build up traitorous forces, Pheap saw Det, newspaper photographer of printing house office K-27, presented at the meeting too. Det built up 3 traitorous forces.
