Singapore, Cambodia has begun opening its oil fields to foreign interests, with several offshore blocks in the Gulf of Thailand being awarded in the past few weeks. There concessions were the first of 26 offshore and onshore tract put to fender by the Ministry of Geology and Mines in June.
