Thousands of Vietnamese troops remains in Cambodia and are still directing P.Penh government forces in attacking the KR guerrilla faction, the KR said in a radio broadcast yesterday. The charge, in broadcast monitored here, was apparently the first reference by the KR to Vietnamese forces remaining in the country since the four rival factions signed a peace treaty in Paris on October 23.
