The Secretariat of Cambodia's SNC met in P.Penh Tuesday December 17, for the first time, following the return here of the KR representative. The meeting signaled that Cambodia's peace process was back on track after nearly being derailed by a November 27 mob attack on KR leader Khieu Samphan.
