This was the quote of the Vietnamese Labor Party related to its invasion and interference into Kampuchea. In regard to aid, Vietnamese party general secretary Le Yun said liberating South Vietnam was tantamount to 90 per cent of Cambodian liberation. After 1970, the party asked those studying abroad to return to the country. The responsibility of the Vietnamese Labor Party was to help B-K-K in both human and technical assistance. Another point was to meddle with the management unit.
នេះជាការដកស្រង់សំដីរបស់បក្សពលករវៀតណាមដែលមានការទាក់ទងដល់ការឈ្លានពានជ្រៀតជ្រែកកម្ពុជា គឺបញ្ហាជំនួយអគ្គលេខាធិការ បក្សពលករវៀតណាម ឡេ យន់ បាននិយាយថាឱ្យតែវៀតណាមខាង ត្បូងរំដោះដូចជាបានរំដោះកម្ពុជា ៩០ភាគរយ ក្រោយ ១៩៧០ ពេលដែលបក្សយើងស្នើឱ្យអ្នកទៅរៀនវិលត្រឡប់មកប្រទេសវិញ មានពាក្យថាភារៈកិច្ចរបស់បក្សពលករវ-ណ ត្រូវតែជួយ ប-ក-ក ទាំងខាងកម្លាំងមនុស្សនិងបចេ្ចកទេសដែលកម្ពុជាខ្វះខាត ។ ចំណុចមួយទៀតគឺជ្រៀតជ្រែកលើផ្នែកចាត់តាំង ។
