The Leaders of the tripartite Cambodian National resistance (CNR), under the leadership of H.R.H Samdech Norodom Sihanouk , President of Cambodia and president of the Cambodian National Resistance are pleased to see that the world community wish to have a comprehensive political settlement of the Cambodia conflict on the basic of the UN peace Plan and the Paris International conference on Cambodia ( PICC) framework.
