This was the list of a number of people relevant to four-time distribution. The intent was to convince soldiers to get married and to bring the public into confusion, complication and disturbance to the Angkar. These would result in no confidence between soldiers and soldiers. An endless suspicion took place everywhere. The leaflet distribution started between 9 1975 and 1976.
នេះជាបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះរបស់មនុស្សមួយចំនួនដែលបានជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការបាចត្រាក់ចំនួន ៤លើក ។ គោលបំណងនៃការបាចត្រាក់ គឺបំផុសឱ្យយុទ្ធជនរៀបការ គ្រប់ៗគ្នា ធ្វើឱ្យមានសភាពច្របូក ច្របល់ក្នុងចំណោមមហាជន ធ្វើឱ្យមានការស្មុកស្មាញ និងរំខាន ដល់អង្គការធ្វើឱ្យមានការមិនទុកចិត្ដរវាងយោធា និង យោធា គឺការកើតមន្ទិលសង្ស័យមិនចេះចប់ ។ ការបាចត្រាក់នេះកើតមាន ឡើងតាំងពីខែ៩-១៩៧៥ រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ។
