Whenever the plan 3 was successful, America established the diplomatic relationship with the liberation movement. It would strengthen the political ties and recreated the presidential administrative management and its aid would be diverted from the Lon Nol republic to the liberation movement to build up the country after the war.
នៅពេលផែនការណ៍ទី ៣ បានសំសេចហើយ អាមេរិកអាចដាក់ទូត ជាមួយអង្គការរំដោះ ហើយការរឹតចំណងផ្លូវនយោបាយខាងរបប ក្រប់គ្រងរបៀបប្រជាធិបត្ដី មានឡើងវិញដូចដើមហើយជំនួយដែល អាមេរិកធ្លាប់ឱ្យសាធារណៈរដ្ឋ លន់ ណុល ត្រូវបង្វិលមកឱ្យខាង អង្គការរំដោះវិញដើម្បីកសាងប្រទេសដែលខូចខាតក្រោយពីសង្គ្រាម។
