Meu Phea, 22, born in Mesang district, Prey Veng province, was a chief of messenger group, battalion 140, and initially served as a soldier at sub-district militiaman in 1973. Then, he was transferred to battalion 140 and worked as a messenger for Socheat and for the Free Khmer with Socheat being a indoctrinator and introducing Seng and Phan. This would make it easy for them to carry out activities. In August 1975, Socheat assigned Taing Phea to infiltrate into air forces unit 502 in preparation for overthrowing Phnom Penh in July 1976.
មេុី ភា អាយុ ២២ឆ្នាំកើតនៅស្រុកមេសាង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង មានតួ នាទីជាប្រធានក្រុមនិរសារវរសេនាតូច ១៤០ ចូលធ្វើកងទ័ពដំបូង នៅ ឈ្លប ឃុំ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ បន្ទាប់មកផ្លាស់មកវរសេនាតូច ១៤០ ជានិរសាររបស់ សុជាតិ និងបានបំរើសកម្មភាពឱ្យខ្មែរ សេរីដែលមាន សុជាតិ ជាអ្នកបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូល និងណែនាំឱ្យស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ សេង និង ផានងាយស្រួលទាក់ទងគ្នាធ្វើសកម្មភាព។ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ សុជាតិ បានចាត់តាំង ភា ឱ្យទៅបង្កប់ខ្លូននៅ អង្គភាពអាកាស ៥០២ ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពវាយសង្គ្រប់រំដោះ ភ្នំពេញ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
