Moeun, worker of Takhmau tyre factory, joined the C.I.A in 1972, under the nomination of Sieng Kim Doeuk and the acceptation of Pin Thon. After April 17, 1975 he 1975 he linked with C.I.A network of Pin Thon and carried out anti-revolutionary activities with Prakk Sary's group.
មឿន កម្មកររោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ដែលមានអ្នកនាំចូលឈ្មោះ សៀង គឹមឌឿក និងអ្នកទទួល ស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ ពិន ថុន។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ រយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយ ពិន ថុន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដកុ្នងក្រុម ប្រាក់ សាវី។
