Commander First Lieutenant Y Khing Y Nhall of District 6 School ordered military chiefs and regional chiefs to make a clear plan of Vietnamese posts whether how many posts, soldiers, mobile work brigade and ambush unit we would make and how many riffles, kind of riffles and pits of traps? All the regional chiefs had to enforce the above orders and give a quick response on this.
