Men Sakhan confessed that Dek received an order from Nhem to kill 2 Free Khmer forces because they unsuccessfully killed cadre and destroyed Chinese ship. Dek and other two cadres took a truck and guns and went hunting with them along the Chhay pond north of Veal Rinh, and later Dek killed them.
ម៉េន សាខនបាននិយាយថា ដែក ទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី ញ៉ែម អោយ យកខ្មែរសេរីគ្នាឯង២នាក់ទៅសម្លាប់ចោល ដោយ២នាក់ នោះបាន លបបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល និងកមេ្ទចកប៉ាល់ចិនពុំបានសមេ្រច។ ដែក បានយកឡាន និងកាំភ្លើង ហើយបបួលពីរនាក់នោះបាញ់សត ្វតាមស្ទឹងឆាយខាងជើងវាលរេញ ហើយក៏បានសម្លាប់២នាក់ នោះចោលតែម្ដង។
