Men Sakhan aka Mol confessed that at Kampong Saom, Nhem nominated Koeun as deputy chief of exported product section. Koeun was responsible for destroying the Angkar's political affairs by putting piece of bricks into the paper and coffee sacks before exporting to China.
ម៉េន សាខន ហៅម៉ុល បាននិយាយថា នៅកំពង់សោម ញ៉ែម បាន ចាត់តាំង គឿង ជាអនុប្រធានផ្នែគផលិតផលចេញ ហើយមាន ភារកិច្ចបំផ្លាញនយោបាយរបស់អង្គការ ដោយយកដុំថ្ម ដុំគ្រួសដាក់ ក្នុងបាវមេ្រច កាហេ្វ ដឹកយកទៅអោយចិន។
