Men Sakhan aka Mol, working in state commerce unit, confessed that Voeun received order from Nhem to kill 2 Free Khmer forces because they unsuccessfully killed cadres and destroyed Chinese ship. Voeun and other 2 cadres took a truck and guns and went hunting with them. When they arrived at Chhay pond north of Veal Rinh, Voeun killed the 2 cadres.
ម៉េន សាខន ហៅ ម៉ុល បាននិយាយថា វឿន ទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី ញ៉ែម អោយយកខ្មែរសេរីគ្នាឯង ២នាក់ទៅសម្លាប់ចោល ដោយ២ នាក់នោះបានលបបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល និងកមេ្ទចកប៉ាល់ចិនមិនបាន សមេ្រច។ វឿន បានយកឡាននិងកាំភ្លើងទៅបបួល ២នាក់ នោះទៅបាញ់សត្វ។ ទៅដល់ស្ទឹងឆាយខាងជើងវាលរេញ វឿន ក៏បានសម្លាប់២នាក់នោះចោលតែម្ដង។
