Men Diek aka Kuon confessed that he met Chang Kaum, Chief of Prey Veng district, Region 20, at Angkar's school. After had a discussion, Chhouk and Tum said that it was impossible to go ahead with staging the socialist revolution. But staging the populous and democratic revolutions was only possible.
ម៉ែន ដៀក ហៅ គួន បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានជួប ចង្កូម លេខា ស្រុកព្រៃវែង តំបន់ ២០ ពេលរៀននៅសាលាអង្គការ។ ពេល ពិភាក្សាគ្នា ឈ្មោះ ឈូក និង ទុំ បានលើកឡើងថា ការបន្ដធ្វើ បដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយមទៅមិនរួចទេ ធ្វើត្រឹមបដិវត្ដប្រជាជាតិ ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យបានហើយ។
