Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Men Men Diek aka Kuon confessed that in 1970, Chheang was a secretary of region 23 and a leader of former struggling forces. In 1972, Chhean was withdrawn from his position because he was accused of having sexual misconduct. Meas Chhit confessed that in November 1977, Chhean joined the meeting with other 23 members, and then, in January 1978 he joined another meeting at office, region 23. In the meeting, Peam said that we still continuously kept our traitorous activities and continued to carry out the traitorous plans.
ម៉ែន ដៀក ហៅ គួន បានឆ្លើយថា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឈាន លេខា តំបន់ ២២ បានក្ដាប់កម្លាំងតស៊ូចាស់ៗ ហើយបានធ្វើជាលេខាតំបន់ ២៣ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ បន្ទាប់មកខាងភូមិភាគបានដក ឈាន ក្នុង ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ដោយសារឿងសីលធម៌។ មាស ឈិត បានឆ្លើយថា ឈាន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំមួយ ដែលមានសមាជិក ២៣ នាក់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ ខែតុលា បន្ទាប់មក ឈាន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំមួយទៀត ក្នុងខែមករា ១៩៧៨ នៅមន្ទីរតំបន់ ២៣។ នៅក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំឈ្មោះ ពាម បានលើកឡើងថា យើងបន្ដធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់តទៅទៀត ហើយបានដាក់ផែនការដើម្បីអនុវត្ដ។
