Mao Phen, soldier of hospital P-98, confessed that Phai, soldier of battalion 246, regiment 3, division 801 and the other 5 people such as Pho, Son, Khom, Peng and Moeun, carried out the anti-revolutionary act, convinced women to want to get married and provoked problem between militiamen of village and sub-district.
ម៉ៅ ភេន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ព-៩៨ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពីឈ្មោះ ផៃ យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច ២៤៦ វរសេនាធំទី ៣ កងពល ៨០១ និងមនុស្ស ៥ នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ ផូ, សុន, ខុម, ប៉េង និង មឿន ថាៈ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ បំផុសនារីអោយផ្អើលយកប្ដី និងបង្កទាំនាស់រវាងឈ្លបភូមិ និង ឃុំ។
