Em Oeun, working at battalion, regiment 116, confessed that Chann Ny, commander of company 53, battalion 105, regiment 116, region 15, attended the meeting and received the plot from But Run and Khoem Thoeun to prepare forces to fight the party and to persuade soldiers to flee from their unit.
ឯម អឿន វរសេនាតូច វរសេនាធំ ១១៦ បានសារភាពថា ចាន់ នី បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាធំ ៥៣ វរសេនាតូច ១០៥ វរសេនាធំ ១១៦ តំបន់ ១៥ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ប៊ុត រុន និង ខឹម ធឿន ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងត្រៀមវាយបក្ស និងបំផុស យុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។
