Le Thy Yungkan, Vietnamese spy, arrested in Chan Trea district, Svay Rieng province, on September 25, 1978 confessed that there were a lot of Vietnamese divisions to get ready along road 22, 13, 1, and Mok Va area. In September 23, 1978 Ngieng Vansien assigned Le Soengyung, Cheu Soeung, Cheu Hoeung, Cheu Nhang, and Cheu Tha as well as Le Thy Yungkam to infiltrate to spy on Chan Trea district in Svay Rieng province.
ឡេ ធីយុងកាម ភ្នាក់ងារចារកម្មវៀតណាម ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ ២៥-៩-១៩៧៨ នៅស្រុកចន្ទ្រា ស្វាយរៀង បានសារភាពថា កងទ័ពវៀតណាមជាច្រើនកងពល បានត្រៀមខ្លួនជាសេ្រចនៅផ្លូវលេខ ២២, លេខ ១៣ និង លេខ ១ និងនៅម៉ុក វ៉ា។ ថ្ងៃ ២៣-៩-១៩៧៨ ងៀង វ៉ានសៀន ចាត់តាំង ឡេ សឹងយុង, ជី សឿង, ជី ហឿង, ជី ញ៉ាង, ជី ថា និងខ្លួនឱ្យចូលមកស៊ើបការណ៍ នៅម្ដុំស្រុកចន្ទ្រា ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។
