Ket Prum joined the CIA in 1973 through Samit, Chief of big cell, battalion 117, division 12. In January 1975, Angkar sent Prum to factory D-5. In January 1976, Prum connected with Chey's network. Chey introduced Prum to Chhan, chief of factory D-5 and Sie. Later, Chey advised Prum to know Soeun and Oeun. In June 1978, Moeun, Oeun, Soeun, and Chhan set the plans for 12 networks to surrender to Vietnam and report to them. The plans were made by Vietnamese infiltrating into Prek Ho plantation and Voeung, Chief of Industry Office. During his travelling, Prum and Seng were arrested by Angkar. Prum had no information about the 10 others on 10 July 1978. Prum and his network received the plans to be implemented such as inciting problems to bring disintegration within workers and destroy factory's materials. There were 26 people implicated in the enemy's confession detailing the location of Chey and weapon whereabouts.
កេត ព្រុំ ចូល សេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ តាមរយៈ សាមិត ប្រធានកងធំ វរសេនាតូច ១១៧ កងពល ១២ ដល់ខែ១-១៩៧៥ អង្គការដកមករោងចក្រ ដ-៥ ។ ខែ១-១៩៧៦ ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ជៃ ។ ជៃ បានណែនាំ ព្រុំ ឱ្យស្គាល់ ឆនប្រធានផ្នែករោចក្រ ដ-៥ និង សៀ ក្រោយមក ជៃ ណែនាំ ព្រុំ ឱ្យស្គាល់ សឿន, អឿន ។ ដល់ខែ៦-១៩៧៨ មឿន, អឿន, សឿន, ឆន បានដាក់ផែនការ ឱ្យបក្សពួកចំនួន ១២នាក់ រត់ចូលយួនដើម្បីរាយការណ៍ឱ្យយួន។ ផែនការនេះជាផែនការរបស់យួន ដែលបង្កប់នៅចំការព្រែកហូរ និងឈ្មោះ រឿងប្រធានមន្ទីរឧស្សាហកម្ម ពេលចេញដំណើរ ព្រុំ ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនបានជាមួយសេង ឯ ១០នាក់ទៀត ព្រុំក្ដាប់ មិនបានក្នុងថ្ងៃ១០-៧-១៩៧៨ ។ ចំពោះសកម្មភាព ព្រុំ និងបក្ស ពួកបានទទួលផែនការឱ្យអនុវត្ដដូចជា ផែនការបង្កទំនាស់ ធ្វើឱ្យបែក បាក់សាមគ្គីក្នុងជួកម្មករបំផ្លាញសំភារៈក្នុង រោងចក្រជាដើម ។ នៅក្នុងចំលើយសារភាពនេះដែរ មានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះបក្សពួកចំនួន ២៦នាក់ ដែលជាប់ក្នុងចំលើយ និងប្លង់បញ្ជាក់ពីទីតាំងរបស់ ជៃ និងកន្លែងលាក់អាវុធ ។
