Ket Chakun and Pok Sokh Lim, worker's T-4, confessed that Hao Seng, worker's factory T-4, entered the CIA in 1970. After April 17, 1975, Hao Seng gathered all of the former CIA agents and inspired workers to damage 600 meters of cloths and to cause a car machine gone wrong.
