Ket Chakun, worker's factory T-4, confessed that Ching Tech Leng, worker's factory T-4, entered the CIA in 1972. Before April 17, 1975, Tech Leng provoked people and workers to against the Khmer Rouge regime. After April 17, 1975, Tech Leng informed former workers that Angkar would send them to the countryside as the new workers could know all the techniques.
កេត ចាគន្ធ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ជឹង តិចឡេង កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ តិចឡេង បំផុសប្រជាជន កម្មករឱ្យ ប្រឆាំងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ តិចឡេង បំផុសកម្មករចាស់ថា កម្មករចាស់អង្គការនឹងយកទៅនៅជនបទ នៅពេលកម្មករថ្មី ចេះបចេ្ចកទេសអស់ហើយ។
