The document of El Bra Him, Major of National Military Police. On January 5, 1970 El Bra Him joined the C.I.A, under the nomination of General Chea Kim Eng, commander of National Military Police. Before 1970, Norodam Saophoanrith worked as Khmer Rouge commander; the military base was in Phnom Yap mountain in Battambang province.
