This document was the falling down of the political and economical situation of Vietnam. This crisis caused Vietnamese life difficulty and had a lot of beggars. Some small businessmen did freely riot, and the thief often stole something in the embassy.
ឯកសារនេះសរសេរពីស្ថានភាពនយោបាយ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់ ប្រទេសវៀតណាមធ្លាក់ចុះ។ ជីវភាពប្រជាជនកាន់តែយ៉ាប់យឺនទៅៗ អ្នកសុំទានកើនឡើង ឈ្មួញលក់ដូរកំប៉ិចកំប៉ុកធ្វើវិចេ្ឆតកម្ម សេដ្ឋកិច្ចបានតាមចិត្ដ ចំពោះបញ្ហាចោរកម្ម លួចតាមស្ថានទូតក៏ កើតមានឡើងជាញឹកញាប់ដែរ។
