The document was about the names of the seven political parties established before the populous socialist regime. At the time when Samdech Norodom Sihanouk involved himself in the politics after 1954, he integrated the parties into a new one, which was called "the populous socialist party", under his presidency. Almost all the politicians agreed to cooperate with him, with the exception of "the Democratic Kampuchea and the Cambodian People Party", which rejected to work with him.
ឯកសារនេះនិយាយអំពីឈ្មោះគណៈបក្សនយោបាយចំនួន ៧ មុន សង្គមរាស្ដ្រនិយម។ នៅពេលដែលសមេ្ដចនរោត្ដម សីហនុ ចូល ប្រឡូកក្នុងឆាកនយោបាយក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៥៤ ព្រះអង្គបានបង្រួប បង្រួមគណៈបក្សទាំងអស់អោយនៅតែមួយ គឺគណៈបក្សសង្គមរាស្ដ្រ និយម ដោយមានព្រះអង្គផ្ទាល់ជាប្រធាន។ អ្នកនយោបាយស្ទើរ ទាំងអស់បានចូលរួមជាមួយព្រះអង្គ នៅសល់តែគណៈបក្ស ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និង គណៈបក្សប្រជាជន ដែលមិនព្រមចូលរួម ជាមួយព្រះអង្គ។
