Khatt Chhon, soldier of commerce hospital, confessed that he indoctrinated Soeun, soldier of 17 Mesa hospital [hospital B-17]to be disloyal to the party; moreover, he and Soeun burnt down medicine refining machine in the office P-17 by using gas, but it was immediately extinguished by medical staffs.
ខាត់ ឆុន យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួន បាន អប់រំឈ្មោះ សឿន យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យ ប-១៧ មេសាឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។ ខ្លួន និង សឿន បានយកសាំងទៅចាក់ដុតម៉ាស៊ីនចម្រាញ់ថ្នាំពេទ្យ នៅមនី្ទរ ព-១៧ ប៉ុន្ដែត្រូវបានបុគ្គលិកពេទ្យមកពន្លត់ទាន់។
