A Meeting in Tokyo on June 22 of representative from 33 countries to discuss the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Cambodia ended with the declarations, kyodo News Services reported. The "Tokyo Declaration of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Cambodia" noted the importance of external assistance and specified the establishment of an "International committee on Reconstruction of Cambodia".
