Kaet Meun, 29, member of battalion 60, division 1, Northwest Zone, served as a spy in 1964 and arrested the Khmer Rouge networks in 1969. Meun joined the Free Khmer movement and continued to capture the Khmer Rouge networks in that year too. In 1971, Song assigned Meun to infiltrate into the revolution to contact Khun. After that, Meun forged relationship with Long Sun, Yoeun, Um, Ung, Saroeun, Huon, and Soeun and conducted anti-revolutionary activities and built up forces. In 1975, Meun contacted a number of people and received the plot from Huon to strike Battambang provincial town, built up revolutionary forces, infiltrated into the people cycle to persuade the people to counter the collective regime.
កើត មឺន អាយុ ២៩ ឆ្នាំ សមាជិកវរៈសេនាតូច ៦០ កងពលទី ១ ពាយ័ព្យធ្វីគិញនៅ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៤ ចាប់ខ្មែរក្រហមដល់ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ចូលខ្មែរសេរីនិងធ្វើសកម្មភាពចាប់ខ្មែរក្រហមដដែល។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ សុង ចាត់តាំង មឺន ឱ្យចូលបង្កប់ក្នុងបដិវត្ដដោយឱ្យទាក់ទងជាមួយ ឃុន ។ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ មឺន បានទាក់ទងជាមួយ ឡុង ស៊ុន, យឿន, អ៊ុំ, អ៊ឹង, សារឿន, ហួន, សឿន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ និងកសាងកំលាំង ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មឺន បានទាក់ទងជាមួយមនុស្ស មួយចំនួនទៀត និងទទួលផែនការពី ហួន ឱ្យវាយក្រុងបាត់ដំបង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពកាសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់ក្នុងស្រទាប់ប្រជាជន ដើម្បីបំផុសឱ្យប្រជាជនប្រឆាំងនិងរបបសមូហភាព។
