Koh Lay, train worker, confessed that Than, railroad worker of train unit, received Sary's plots to kill the revolutionary cadre and soldiers to seize their weapons, to destroy locomotives, railroad and train factories in 1976. In that year, Than conspired to kill a village chief at Prey Nup and convinced workers to disgust the revolution.
កោះ ឡាយ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ថន កម្មករផ្លូវដែក រទេះភ្លើងថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ថន បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះសារី ឱ្យកំទេចកម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនបដិវត្ដដើម្បីយកអាវុធ, កំទេចក្បាល រទេះភ្លើង, កំទេចផ្លូវដែក និងកំទេចរោងចក្ររទេះភ្លើង។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ដដែល ថន បានចូលរួមសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលភូមិម្នាក់នៅ ព្រៃនប់ និងដើរឃោសនាឱ្យកម្មករស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
